Don’t qualify for a State or City funded program? First Federal has the answer. First Federal will pay all standard closing costs on any First Federal loan product for borrowers who have never owned Real Estate Property.
Items Paid include:
- Appraisal
- Credit Report
- Title Work up to $100
- Recording Fees
- Document Prep Fees
- Tax Service Fees
- Flood Certification
First Federal will not pay fees such as Real Estate taxes, inspections, PMI, prepaid interest, delivery fees, etc.
